Malaysian Yoyo Weekly Gathering

And we thought yoyo-ing is outdated among the Malaysian youths..Well think again! These guys are taking yoyo to the professional level, and even compete with international yoyoers from around the world (Singapore, Brunei, Japan, etc..). These are some of the activities captured by me during their weekly gathering at Sunway Pyramid.

Shakeel - 4x national yoyo champion. (he's also the creator of Yoyoskeel, the 1st ever local yoyo that are made in Malaysia)

M'sia vs I'sia

For the first time ever, i've went to a football match. For the first time ever, i've entered a stadium. For the first time ever, i'm surrounded with fanatic and craaazy supporters filled with armpit + sweat odor! It's the AFF Suzuki Cup 2010 Final Match between Malaysia and Indonesia at Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil.

Game started at 8p.m. Malaysian supporters (in yellow and
blue jersey) conquered almost 3/4 of the stadium, while Indonesian fans (red and white jersey) being the minority.

I was right below this giant flag that the fans made specially for the game. They created it by sewing almost 20 Malaysian and Johorian flag ( i have no idea why for a specific reason they mash this state flag too) altogether, and simply pass it all around creating a wave.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WINNERS! YOU MAKE US PROUD!

This blog is created specially for my Journalism subject. I'll be updating pics from time to time, letting u guys know what i've been doing, where i've been to, bla...bla...bla.... Dan maybe kalau rajin akan citer gak pasal life belajar, kehidupan seharian, dan yang sewaktu dengannya. Kalau datang bab rajin tu lah. Nak tunggu time rajin tu kena bela janggut panjang-panjang sampai boleh ikat tocang.
